The longer you go without a bowel movement the more constipated you will become.

You need to give yourself an enema or try suppositories and if that does not work, get yourself to the doctor. You can purchase Fleets or something similar. I would advise you to check with your doctor first. Two weeks without a bowel movement is not normal.

You might have an impaction or blocked intestine. Bloating means you're probably not passing too much gas either.

Don't be embarrassed to go back. You don't want to end up calling 911 in the middle of the night and end up in ER.

SALT WATER FLUSH:
Drink an oral salt water enema upon arising. To do this, add 2 level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt to a quart of lukewarm water (the one-quart juice bottles in which most organic juices come work very well). Shake well, then drink the entire quart. It's also good to massage the colon as well. Make sure you use uniodized sea salt; regular or iodized salt will not have the same beneficial effect. This oral enema will flush out your entire digestive tract and colon from top to bottom, usually within an hour, prompting you to eliminate several times, clearing out the plaque and debris from the walls, and the parasites that have been living there.

OK, you NEED to go back to the doctor, you MUST go back to the doctor, you could have a blocked intestine or bowel, and that can be a life threatening condition. YOU COULD DIE from this, so being embarrassed is nothing here. Docs see stuff like this all the time. If it's been 2 weeks, I'd almost suggest going to the ER.

I hope my answer helps you...

If you've tried the ex-law and it hasn't worked, it's because you are far too backed up. Cut out meat from your diet, just until you are 'moving' again - meat does not help. Drink as much water throughout the day as possible; elevate your legs by lying on your back, and either place your calves up on a chair, or straight up a wall, do this 10 minutes/2x a day; give yourself or have a professional give you an enema.

Go see your doctor. I know this sounds scary but you can seriously die of not pooping. I work in a residential home and we have to keep track of the bowel movements the kids have. All because someone has died because of not having a bowel movement. Get over the embarassment and GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!!!

You can die, my g-ma almost did, and plus I had the same situation, where i was unable to go for a long period of time, and i was getting really sick, disorientated, unable to eat, headache, unable to sleep, like really bad, proabbly one of the worst pains i ever had, besides child birth! :) I went to the doc and they give you an enema...it's not healthy you should go back to the doc.
