The last time i got my period started on June 3rd....I've had dry sex with my boyfriend but eventually he took his pants off and mine..and jus kept doing that but never stuck it into my vagina.....he eventually busted but not on me...but maybe a very lil on the outside of my vagina i really dont know....i did this on july 10th....i still havent gotten my period either...and today is the 20th ....i took a preg test on the 15th but it came out negative....should i be worried that i could be pregnant still..?

Relax. You're not preg'.
BUT... you gotta' be more careful than that. Don't take chances so close to crossing the critical line. Lives are LITERALLY at stake, including yours. If your BF can't respect that and put his dinky back in his pants, then he doesn't respect you and needs to go away.
And, don't let him convince you that a little nookie is ok and there's no pregnancy-risk if he "pulls out" -- that's absolute bulloney. There is "oozing" throughout the "excitement" cycle. Must throw that in just incase you do decide to fool around, although WAITING is by far the best choice.

Pre-ejaculation could actually contain some sperm, and those little tadpoles are capable of swimming all the way up to the uterus and lie in wait for the egg (ova) to appear for up to 6 days. Try the pregnancy test again, and if it appears a clear negative, it means you're definately not pregnant.
If you still don't get your period, check up with a doctor for a blood test to confirm pregnancy. However, it could be other reasons brought on by stress thus causing an imbalance of hormones. A woman's period doesn't always stay the same, it changes sometimes.

u should not be havin sex if u have to worry about the aftermath, and make him use two condoms of nessary... one more thing go to doctor and dont worry ur self to a oblivion askin different people wont help u take ur self straight to a medical professional good luck byebye..

Precum can make you pregnant. If he was rubbing on you with out protection, you have a 50-50 chance of a sperm swimming to your uterus.

It doesnt sound like you are pregnant. If you are worried there are some free clinics around, you could find one in your area by using a yahoo.com search.

the chance is there but very slight. sometimes worry/ anxiety can cause your period to be late unless of course... you had sex another time and went all the way....

in my own opinion, u r not pregnant.cos if u r, then probably it will turn to positive result.based on my experienced,we cn check if we r pregnant within a month u hd sex.so perhaps,u r delayed.

the semen has to go all the way more than the vulva so dont worry, there has to be penetration for the semen to go that far....
keep just doing dry sex and enjoy it, maybe you can ask him to use a condom so he wont splash you :)
