Chyna, Chyna. Her real name is Joanie Laurer, which would be pretty weird for a guy. I found some earlier pictures of her from before her body building, and she is definetly a woman.
She did a guest appearance on 3rd Rock From the Sun a few years back, and she seemed way too feminine to be a guy. It wasn't that forced cuteness that you see in cross dressers, etc.
With the amount of body building she's done and any possible steriods/testosterone use, it could definetly make her look like a man. Most other female body builders have a more manly apperance than you average gal.

That's what happens to a lot of female body builders. They have so little body fat and have built up so much muscle that they get a very angular manly appearance.

No but at one time she was taking a muscle enhancement that makes a women's voice deep or sound like manly
