I got a supplier in china who sent me a package through ups recently, but ups called me telling me they're holding the package and that I need a license to import that brand. They told me that if the shipper may have it will be fine, but I dont know if the shipper has it. And to get a license with that brand is almost imposible you gotta buy like 100,000 monthly and Im just starting up. any suggestions please.

The first step is to contact the shipper for assistance. If that does not resolve the issue you might be able to work with a company that meets the necessary requirements already.
Have you spoken directly to U.S. Customs regarding this issue?
