She is well, to describe, she is a faker and a backstabber, but she turned around and be nice fake person who wants more hours at work even so she a full timer? She is bugging me badly and complains about me? what should i do?

Sorry to tell you but we all have one of these beeotches at work. I would keep away from her as much as you can. Try not to interact with her and if you have to then get to the point, don't chitty chat about anything other than what you are working on. Don't give her any amo to hold against you. But most of all, just be the bigger person and don't talk about her to the others ~ you never know who is on her side. Good Luck!

I was sort of in this position at work. Only it was my manager being the fake nice person and giving my slacker co-worker the hours when I work way harder than he does. Anyway, just be patient. Keep your head up and trust me, people always get what they deserve in the end. And if that person does something totally against company policy like stealing, don't be afraid to be the whistleblower. Good luck!

Maybe we work together - I have the same problem.

What goes around always comes around. Just mind your own business and let her complain - people will get sick of her if you are doing your job correctly.

Or, you can play dirty and set her up for a fall at work. You'll have to think about what to do...
