Every woman has a natural luricant that is present while they are not on their period. Unless the substance is "chunky", itchy, or smelly you have nothing to worry about. It is your natural lubricant to keep you moist and it is all the "wetness" a female gets during sex (of course it is more present during sex) To help with that issue you can wear panty liners because no matter what, that will not go away. It's natural. I do and it helps a lot.

If you usually have regular cycles, 3 and a half weeks would mean you're past ovulation, which is usally when you see a heavy yellow or whitish discharge. I'd first rule out a yeast infection. If it's not yeast, then you may have just ovulated really late.

Since it's been three weeks since your period,it most likely means you have discharge,it's normal.Only if it has a bad smell should you worry about it it could be an infection. But what is going on is normal.

It could one of two things, you could probably be ovulating or it could be the signs of an early yeast infection. You should go by your ob/gyn to be sure
