how can I post a video from google to Livedigital without copying and pasting the link?

I see videos on the internet, but I need the file itself so I can save it to a folder, then upload it. I hate copying and pasting links

You can download the free videos on google video. Just use the download options on the right side of the movie. You are not able to download videos that aren't free unless you pay for them.
