I have oily skin. What can I do to reduce the oil on my skin? any D.I.Ys, or at home remedies?

Get everything oil free - shampoo, face wash, moisturizer. READ the lables to make sure they really are oil free and wax free.
Wash your face at the very least every morning & every night. NEVER go to sleep with make up on.
Use Nutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. It's salycylic acid (2%). Use it each time you wash. It may make your skin dry and flaky til you get used to it. Since it dries out your skin, use a light lotion with SPF.
I use Oil of Olay anti-aging cream. It's a great light moisturizer and it helps my skin stay clear.
You can try Aveno oatmeal wash. Oatmeal naturally absorbs oil.
Dont eat anything fried - no chips, no burgers, no fries...
Dont touch your face. Dont let the phone rest on your cheek, dont prop your face on your hand.
It may help to keep your hair up in a ponytail or twist.
Also. lemon is great for skin clearing. I made a face rinse with distilled water and lemon juice. Make sure there is no sugar in the juice.

I have really oily skin and it makes my hair dirty real fast, so I had to find the right shampoo and face wash. You just have try all of they face washes. I have found that I like Oil of Olay's Clarity daily scrub from the grocery store. Normally anything that says clarity or clarifying does great for me. Same as shampoo anything that is deep cleaning or clarifying works great on my hair and nothing else. I hope this helps.
