Well i myself am a 36DD, so I feel your pain sweetie. However for me and others I work with go by the same rule. You have to invest in good bras (from Macys, Nordstroms or JC Penny's) first of all. It will help even a large chest fit right under any cloths. Other than that you MUST try things on. Don't do stipes, they make your chest look akward and wider. Don't go to cheap stores where they cater to "flatter" girls. Wear flowy styles like they sell at Forever 21 or Gap. Try layers, even with tanks. And if all fails don't be afraid to buy a size up and get the cloths alterd to fit you. There are a lot of places that will cut you a break if you go to them a lot. Just make good choices. Good luck.

Lane Bryant would be good. I don't know if you're saying you're bottom is a typical junior/missy fit but LB carries plus size clothing from size 14-28 in the store (I think some 12s are available online). http://www.lanebryant.com Torrid is another store that specializes in plus size clothing. http://www.torrid.com Both carry bras and other foundation garments, but LB's quality is much better.

You might consider going up a size. I love Torrid, which is mostly for plus size girls, but the smallest size fits a 12/14 pretty well and is cut fuller in the breast area. Plus, their clothes are fun and funky.

I know what you mean. My wife is a 38D and has to buy larger to fit.
The problem is that you don't always get the fashion you want in a 14 or 16.
You might try Talbott's or Coldwater Creek.
