I cant believe nobody has mentioned Disco Stu! He rocks! I was going to say the comic book guy until I saw you already mentioned him, I guess great minds think alike. Another character I like is the Mexican Bee. I like him simply for the fact that he serves no real purpose to the show, but whenever they need somebody of Mexican heritage..... There he is!
