gymnastics and dancing....they help get your body into shape and they help you get 6 packs in your abdominal area and they help stretch your legs and arms... its a very good workout, and you will have a great body...and best of all you will be in shape to run and do anything!!

Gymnastics and/ or Dance... I hate cheer! All my life cheerleaders hated me and I hated them.

You won't cheerlead all your life. Usually ends at college.

Gymnastics will keep you limber and in shape.

Dancing you can learn at any age.

i think gymastics and comtemporary dancing. burns loads of calories and you can have fun showing off to your friends dance steps and handstands. get what i'm saying?
