Of course Bush cares about Black people. We all care about our fellow Americans.
It's just that Democrats have to use fear mongering to keep the 90% of Blacks who vote for them otherwise the Democrats would be toast.
Blacks have been told by Democrats that they are victims and life is hopeless.
Republicans want to help Blacks, especially with school vouchers. If private school is good for Chelsea Clinton it should be good for any poor Black child - but Democrats are beholden to public school teacher unions.
Bush cares about Blacks if not more than Democrats. Remember, his faith-based initiatives saved many Black churches.

I think he does but the perception of hate runs deep and is passed on through generations almost to the point you wonder if the black people ever want the white people to like them. Might take away their crutch. It doesn't seem to matter what whites do they will never win with this attitude. If a black guy does well he's playing to the white man. It's all BS. Kanye West needs to shup up. People like him keep the fires fueled instead of trying to put them out. I know a lot of people and they are black and they are white and they are good and they are bad. Shut up with it all unless you wnat to talk positive. It's all cry cry cry but nothing being done. Why don't kanye and Puffy and Usher and all of them start loading their mansions and money off to their 'brothers and sisters'. It's a start eh...Yeh Right BS BS BS

Don't know. But if you are vying for George Bush's concern or affections (it is my opinion that) you would probably be better off to be an illegal immigrant (he seems to care very much about their health and welfare) than a person of color who is a citizen of this country. The President's conduct during the Katrina crisis was abominable -- and when his reign is over and he has a chance to ponder all his moves, I hope he is as upset by his performance during this period as I am by the unforgivable lack of judgment I showed when I voted for him (twice; mea culpa)! His lack of leadership as President is despicable and is IMO unequalled in American
history. Peace.

George Bush cares about all people. Katrina was a failure at the state and local levels. What about all the buses they left empty to get washed by the flood?

i don't think bush cares about anything other than being rich and white and in charge.
but i don't have any evidence that he hates black people other than the fact that the only reason he is in office is that they denied
the vote to millions of black people to rig the elections.

Read books about George Bush written by people who really know him. HE CARES A HELL OF A LOT MORE ABOUT BLACKS THAN MANY BLACK " RICH -SELF APPOINTED LEADERS" LIKE JESSE JACKSON. Bush is a man of the people. He cares about all people, of all races. That's why the elite power structure and the News Media hate him so bad.
