Why do you even care? Breasts don't make a woman, they are for function only, not for men's entertainment!

No, developing your pecs won't make your breasts smaller. In fact, says Detroit trainer Neil Maki, a spokesman for the American Council on Exercise, doing quality chest exercises will tone the muscle underneath the breast tissue, so your chest may appear to be bigger."

In female bodybuilders, steroid use can cause the breasts to shrink And the combination of extremely well-developed chest muscles and very low body fat can make a woman's chest appear less rounded, more flat and sculpted. But in the typical woman, strength training has an overall toning effect. If, however, you lose significant body fat, you may reduce breast size, but the decrease will be proportionate to fat loss from the entire body.

Yes, when you work out the muscles that are being worked out the most are the most effected, so anything with arms and chest will effect your breasts.

Word to the wise, smaller is better...:D

Good luck!!!!

exercising won't make your breasts smaller. The developing muscle may cause them to jiggle less, lift and/or separate depending on how your genetics form the muscle. Only the crap people ingest from vitamin shops alter your body chemistry and do weird things to you.
