Can you even tell me what the resolution was for, and how it is DIRECTLY affecting what Israel is doing right now !!??

So far, only one correct answer, and my point is being missed. Why do you think Israel has taken the action that she has!? It seems that everyone is ready to take the lebanese side without knowing what has caused this action to occur.

United Nations Security Council passed resolution 1559 calling for non-interference in Lebanese affairs, for disarming of militias and for Syrian withdrawal from Lebanon in accordance with previous UN resolutions.
