I don't know of any one thing but doubting a man is the worst thing for his ego especially if you doubt him in front of other people. Men have to do things on there own and they never want help so when you doubt them and offer unwanted advise it just crushes them. That is why a man will never stop to ask for directions cause that means he has failed and had to ask for assistance a shot right to there ego.

If you're a woman, just call him a jerk. Men get called all sorts of names, but that one is primarily used by women in reference to men. Guys call eachother everything in the book, but being called a jerk from a lady, for most men, resounds like none other. Oh, and you can say they have a small dick, but that's too cliche. Insult his mother or sister, and you'll be hurting if you're a guy and get bitchslapped if your a lady.

The best way i have, is cutting him down in front of his friends about the way he is in bed , but come backs are pain fully too so just have thick skin.
