I totally know I ovulated yesterday by using a kit. How many days before ovulating is it possible to have sex and get pregnant.

You can't get pregnant UNTIL you ovulate because this is how the sperm meets the egg. But you can have sex several days before you ovulate and STILL get pregnant. You typically ovulate 14 days after you start your period. You can have sex on or around these days and still get pregnant.... It will take another week or two to find out if you DID get pregnant... : )

You can have sex 4 days before you ovulate, and up until 1 day afterwards and get pregnant.

You can tecnically get pregnant at any time because sperm can hang out for quite a while. Your best bet is to start having sex 3 days before you ovulate and continue for the next week. Good Luck!

you can get preg. a week before your pariod as well. I used those ovulation test as well! It never should that I was ovulating before my pariod! The best answer I had found out was have sex every other day and you WILL get that way I am now 7 1/2! weeks

as a lady in good health you can conceive at any time. u dont necessarrily have to be ovulating but it increases your chances. you can conceive while on your menstrual cycle cause yur body cleanses everything to include eggs from your body and if they happen to come into contact with sperm then you will conceive. so just keep in mind you can get pregnant at any time.
