Wigger is a combo of the words "White" and "N!gger" and it's used as a derogatory term for white kids who are "acting black". Not just the way they dress, but the way they talk, aka using slang. Now as for stocking hats? I dunno, they may say because they're using those as do-rag substitutes. And the sunglasses thing is stupid cuz everyone wears them. It's usually if you wear saggy pants and your hat turned anyway but to the front, and try to do the hand signals thing. I used to use that as an affectionate term for some of my white friends who tried to act that way around me but I don't anymore cuz I know it's wrong.

Yes, like the previous person said, it is a label - just a label. Regardless, the definition as far as I know is that a 'wigger' is a combination of the words 'White' and 'n**ger' which I cannot spell out here out of a sense of propriety, but it is a common derogatory word used against Blacks.

a wigger is a white kid who tries to dress and act like he is black...they say that about kids who wear those clothes because those are the clothes that black people tend to wear and also white people who want to act "gangsta", or wiggers

I got called a wigger for wearing a beanie.... i was shocked, it was winter.... its cold.... can i wear a beanie????????? wigger is a term used by racist white people who hate on others whites becuase they grew up in a poor area simular to the movie the outsiders where the rich hated on the poor and called them trash becuase they had bad attitudes and lived in the ghetto.

It's an insult. You're calling them a white "n*gger". Sorry, no offense to anyone intended.
It's another way of saying someone is a black "wannabe". That's what I always understood the term to mean.
