who told you to put toothpaste on it? toothpaste is for teeth. If you have a chemical burn (highly likely for putting stuff on your face that's not mean to be) you should treat it similar to sunburn. Use cumberslices and aloe vera gel-not lotion, to help soothe it. The redness will go away in a couple days. nothing you can do about that. you can try covering it up with makeup, but it will irritate it. I would just tell everyone you were outside too long, make up some fun activity and they will all be jealous.

you must be young. an older person never would ask people on the internet what to do about zits. now....why in the world would you put toothpaste on a zit??? either just pop it, or put on clearasil or noxema or something!!! anything, just not toothpaste!!! it's for teeth, hints the name - T-O-O-T-Hpaste. put some aloe on your face and if anyone asks, say that you got sunburned.

Wow! That must be some potent toothpaste! If I were you, I think I'd quit using that anywhere near my gums, much less my face! I think the other poster was correct in suggesting aloe cream. It's very gentle on the skin and will help it heal.

Remember, if you are going to use toothpaste, you have to use the plain white paste kind. The green or blue gel toothpastes have negative effects.

I recommend you go live in a cave so as to not offend our sight with your monstrous zit and burned face smeared with toothpaste.

Use some aloe gel. It will help your skin heal faster and hurt less. Next time wear sunblock.
