Definately genetics. Of course diet and excercise probably help too. I've seen some pretty not cute latina butts, on not cute latina fat women.

it's in the genetics because they're so mixed, they could have all sorts of blood:
african, eruopean, asian, etc.
mariah carey has a nice figure because her dad was hispanic and black and her mom was irish.
a good combo = nicer butts.

you are dead wrong, blacks have THE BEST, EVERUBODY IN THIS WORLD KNOWS THAT,
and... i live in Spain, and im yet to see those beautiful butts that you are talking about.

depends on your preference, i find british men ( especially northeners) have the nicest eyes.....Nicest Anything is ur preference but its not a fact.
