ok well first well this is kinda hard! but i can try and explain it to you like i do my pre-teamers on swim team! you can start first by kneeling on the edge of the pool! then you put your arms in a streamline above your head! (kinda like this: ^ ) then you tuck your chin to your chest (head down) and you just fall in hands first and feet last! then when you feel confortable you can stand up and try to jump and dive. but remember to keep your chin down or else you will do a belly flop!!! and dont be afraid! keep trying! i hope this was help to you but if not then get lessons or ask a friend who knows to teach you! or better yet...just join swim team! its so fun and you'll learn to dive!

okay 1st you have to realize that it won't hurt you and the water is not going anywhere. when you're ready, go to the edge of the board. Hang your toes over the edge. Bend over and tuck your chin to your chest. start to let yourself fall forward, with your feet still firmly planted on the board. once you're at a vertical angle, let your feet up so you're in a position like you're doing a handstand with your ankles together and your toes pointed. Once you get good at this you can start to spring and do swan dives. Good Luck!!!

first you place one of your hands on top of the other. then you fully extend your arms. next you place your chin on your chest. slowly lean into the water. there you go, you have done a dive!
this can be done from the sitting position (beginner), the standing position (intermediate) or form a higher place (such as a starting block or a diving board) (expert)
good luck!

i do swimming and first you put the weakest foot on the edge and the other foot wich is the strongest in the back so that you can push off so hard and you put your hands holding on to the edge and hold on to the under part.then when they say swimmers take your mark then you raise your but then when the horn blows then you push off with your feet and pull with your hands
and then your hands go first then face stomach feet

Depends on how deep the pool is...if not too deep then go in feet first, otherwise head-first.
