My computer was crashing constantly a few weeks ago. Since I defragged it, removed the temp files and took some other steps, it has frozen up a lot less. Still I know I have to take it in because one of the fans is not working well. Sometimes I suffered as many as 5 crashes a day or more.

I used to have to do that about 10 times for every one hour that I used the computer. It became such a habit for me everytime the computer was screwing up.....I'd even be using the school's or a friend's mac computers and I'd try to use control-alt-delete and I'd get confused when nothing happened.

Finally got a new computer and I'm happy to say I never have to do that anymore
