Any sign can be with any other sign! It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.
Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.
The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.
Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.

If some one said a Gemini,Aries,sag...none of them really Aquarius's are bright minds that are well achieved alone! If I ca think of one it is probably the Capricorns cuz they are like minded like us! Oh and to all the Aquarius out there if u find you self alone its because u are the water bearers of the earth put it like this most all of the signs are not compatible because its usually us who can create and achieve dreams for our-self and others just on our out look.....Keep your dreams and ambitions focused, no madder if u are not compatible with other signs..aka keep being and respecting u for u we just chill and take what belongs to u in other words go ahead and be the different in today( my water flows over land and Sky from the begaining..so I and my dreams is what wont be withered) just a firm Aquarius..aka champagne

Best match - Fire signs like Aries, Sagittarius and Leo. Also get along fairly well with air signs such as Gemini and Libra and to a lesser extent with Aquarius.

im an aquarius and i always find that i get along really well with other aquarius they say that the only sign that can understand and get along well with us aquarians is another aquarian...but its also said and tru for me that aries,saggitarius,libra, leo, and gemini (except im not too big on gems) are compatible with us

My husband is Aquarius and I am Aries, we get along great.
He has a hard time understanding our Libra son
He clashes really bad with our Capricorn daughter
He has no problems at all with our Gemini son
He really has problems with his Cancer parents

Wow strawberry(somethin or other LOL) that's very deep and very shakespeare, so true!! I'm a pisces, but I have a venus + mars in aquarius meaning I like the single life thank you very much!!!! But this is the compatibility layout!!
Aries_ You'll like this sign, you are both original and always on the go, plus both of you hate being stuck in one situation for two long so u'll have lots of adventures with Aires!!
Taurus- No no no no avoid Taurus, taurus loves routine and stability and love to stay at home and chill with their hunny bunny, but Aquarius hates routine and would much rather be out partying, Taurus's are boring trust me!!
Gemini-Lots of fun, almost picture perfect, you like the same things, you think the same way, Gemini is very fickle and always on the move while Aquarius likes to be on the move but is no where near as fickle
Cancer- AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!! Cancer is too emo for ur taste, U'll like cancers sweeteness, and expert cooking, but won't like how cancer will try to keep u home al the time. And like the crab they have big pinchers and they are really clingy and u hate this cuz u need freedom!!

Virgo- U like that virgo is self sufficent, brilliant, and gives u lots of freedom, but there's almos tno chemistry between you guys!! Virgo is stable and orderly and your creative and fun!! U'll get bored really fast!!
Libra- is calm cool, collected and socially inclined, you like them very much!!
Scorpio- Is by far your worst zodiac match. Aquarius is a free spirit and Scorpio is a control freak. Scorpio's always get jealous, and won't want u talking to anybody of the opposite sex except for them. Plus you mess up once or twice and ur on scorpio's sh*t list for good and it sucks cuz they are vengeful and they will never forget anything that you do wrong!!. Scorpio wants you doing what they want to do and you want to do your own thing!! It doesn't work out at all!!
Sagittarius- Lots of fun to be had here, sag is smart, ambitious, and always on the go!! You love their enthusiasm and energy!!! But Sag is slightly thoughtless and tact less and you don't like that, but you'll get used to it because u'll never be bored with a sag!!
Capricorn- So so You like capricorns mind and ambition, but you find it very hard to distract cap from work, so this may frustrate u and u may just leave. But once you find a way to get Cap away from it' desk, you'll be suprised how fun they really are!!
Aquarius- Great minds think alike, it can be bliss of hell!!
Pisces- This works out great because pisces will try mostly anything once and they definatley hate routine, and you really like their go with the flow attitude, but beware pisces is very emotional and this may iritate you, but if you learn to except pisces sappy poems and tears at the movie u'll be suprised how well this can work out!!

ive always heard aries... i know there are more but i am myself an aquarious and i have ALWAYS got along really well with aries, in fact ive never met one i didnt like... or LOVE
