depends, but be careful 'cause sometimes it can be too much.

I like to wear both, but only when I'm going out. If it's just an every day thing, I would go with only one of the two. I personally prefer eyeliner only because it's subtle but pretty. Eyeshadow is more noticeable and screams for attention (good for parties and bars). For your blue eyes, I would try a blue or brown eyeliner. The best thing to do is just experiment and ask for opinions.

Since the eyeshadow sounds pretty dark, just do a real thin line on top close to your eyelashes. It just gives that added touch & I would use a dark brown.

with that dark of eyeshadow no i don't think you should wear eyeliner to, it might be to much use a lighter color and then use a brown eyeliner, black is to harsh for blue eyes

you should try some ligther colors for eyeshadow - they'd bring out the color of your eyes so much better than the dark shades

uh, the colors don't sound good for your eyes. but yeah, apply eyeshadow first, then eyeliner. if you have blue eyes go for a pastel blue violet pink nude etc. unless its Halloween...

i think it depens on the color. but with me i have black eyeliner and eyeshowdow and i put both of them on. the eyeshawdow makes the liner alittle darker and it stays on longer than me just wearing eyeliner.

I normally like liner, but since the shadow is so dark, I'd skip the liner.

Ofcourse! But only a thin line. You need to make your eyes "pop" some how. And trust me you can do it without looking like a hooker.

I'd go with the brown. Suttle yet still defining. I think it would work. If it doesn't, take it off and start over.

I always put the liner on first then use the shadow to kind of set it and blend it out.
