i also have honey blonde hair and blue eyes. I use all different colors of eyeliners, depending on my mood, but i find that a charcoal gray looks best for everyday and a little heavier application works for going out at night. It goes with everything and brings out my eyes.

I think a brown or blue eyeliner would go best with your eye and hair color. Black would be too dark and harsh. Try experimenting and see what best brings out your eyes.

I think the light-black, brown, and charcoal colors look very attractive on a person with blue eyes. The dark black seems to be way to dark in my opinion. You want enough to accent without being overbearing. Remember: It's not eye paint. Less is best. You want to bring out your natural self....not make it look drawn-on.

brown to brown/black looks most natural.
stick to something in a medium to semi dark tone. anything extremely dark or light will look clownish - unless you're looking for goth then by all means give jet black a try.

i have the same hair color and eyes as you. i would say black and violet looks good on me.
