when filled in it is supposed to come through to my e mail address
this is not happening anyone got ay ides how to fix

You are trying to use a server-side script called "contactus.cgi"
Things to check if it is not working...

1) The script is in the proper directory on the server
2) It has proper execute permissions
3) It runs properly stand-alone

You should try using shell access to the server and run the script (contactus.cgi) stand-alone from a shell to make sure it produces the correct result.

what web server are you using to run it, as you can run cgi on IIS, also you your are using iis, you need to have the virtual SMTP server switched on in order to work
