Tell your doctor that your're feeling stressed and irritable.
Give anti-depressants/anti-anxiety pills a try. You'd be amazed
at how much better you feel.
Continue with counseling just to make sure that the anger
didn't come from childhood issues. Work with the doc to
help heal your inner issues. Eventually, the doctor may find
you healthy enough to taper off on the pills.
In any event, if you have that nagging tape in the back of
your head that tells you you're not good enough, handsome
enough, funny enough, smart enough, The anti-anxiety pills
squelch that entirely. Celexa's a good one. Wellbutrin XL
is a anti-depressant which also is used to quit smoking.
Good luck!
PS- Thought the answer with 7 dwarves reference was
hysterical!

Get more rest. Eat better. Sometimes your diet can make you irritated, believe it or not. Try to take more time from your day for yourself. Even if it is 10 minutes or less. Give yourself a foot rub. Go get a massage from one of those asian Kiosks at the mall, get some aromatherapy candles for your workspace. Relax! I hope you feel better. You're too cute to be angry all the time =)

I imagine you're very disappointed about something in your life and you can't seem to get over it. Try to figure out if there is some way you can change what it is you are disappointed about. If you see that you can't change it, then stop agonizing over it. Life is tough. Everyone can't have things just perfect. Do what you can to sweeten the life you have and you'll stop being angry.

Exercise!! When you do some form of exercise it releases endorphins in the body and endorphins make you happy. Find a form of exercise that works for you like running, rollerblading, biking that type of thing. Also listening to the right type of music helps ya too

There is probably a root of bitterness somewhere from your past. Make a conscious effort to forgive EVERYONE who has wronged you. I guarantee this will lighten your mood, for you will have nobody to be angry with.

Therapy, self-help books and tapes, just smile and bear it. Keep it to yourself and try to improve. Write in a journal about your issues and try to solve them yourself. If not get help to prevent an explosion.

I've been there. One word helped me, Zoloft. I'm not kidding either. Go see your family doctor about it.
