well reward urself when u have achieved ur goal set little goals for urself which will eventually lead to your ultamate goal and reward ur self for ur little goals so u become motivated to reach to where u want to. and if this is wut u really want to do, then that will be enough to motivate u bc once u get there that will be a reward itself
prepare for the worst hope for the best, make it realistic yet challenging, set a date, as long as u r passionate about it u can do it cause when theres a will theres a way,

it is a game. acquire skills, business and technical. most of all, make contacts and keep them. look no further than six months, who knows what opportunities (or disasters) lie ahead. A general goal is an upward path but no more than that.

Accountability helps- have a goal-buddy...
Measurability- define precisely what you want to do.
Reward- what do you get out of it... and I'm not talking- "I get to enjoy a clean house- that's my reward for cleaning the house..."
