Take for instance: since gas prices are so high, it might cost you more to go out to a store & shop. If someone went out and shopped for you, and was cheaper then the gas you would have spent; would you pay them to do the shopping for you (saving time & money)?

P.S.
To all the ignorant out there, NOT everyone has to use GAS or the same amount of gas as you might have to use to do the same thing

It would depend on the errand. Some errands I don't mind doing but then again there are some that I'd love to send someone else to do (like clothes shopping)
It would also have to be someone I totally trusted with my money and personal information and someone that knew my tastes and preferences.

No, it can never be cheaper to have someone go out and shop for you. They have to pay the same gas prices that you do. What you really have to figure out is what your time is actually worth. Do you have time to shop?

If you make $50.00 dollars an hour and you work 60 plus hours a week it may be worth more to you to do your job than to shop. If you make $5.15 an hour you can't make enough to pay someone else to shop for you.

I sure would. But if they have to buy gas too, how is it going to cost less for them to do it?

Of course, and I'd get them to clean my house too.
