If you can wait, I'd say wait until Cingular comes out with the Razr V3i. It's better than the plain V3 -- better camera, for one thing, and it's supposed to come out in the third quarter of this year. Actually, they already have the V3i DG model out now. It's the "Dolce and Gabbana" model. It's gold and very glitzy. Not my kind of phone, but if you want to see what features the V3i will have, check out the V3i DG and then wait until the V3i comes out in a few months.

ive dropped my razr so much..and it really doesnt have any scratches, it doesnt break easily, trust me..its a great durable phone
i have cingular too..it comes with a video camera, but i dont know if the razr for cingular can have mp3s..theres a phone for cingluar that can hold up to a 100 songs..i think its made by sony erickson..but im not too sure

The default pin determination for Cingular/AT&T phones is purely 1234, and once you get the paired then it's going to be basic to move pictures or videos between phones.
