In most areas you don't need a motorcycle license to ride a moped. A regular class drivers license will do. But check with your state or provincial government to be sure.

you have to be 16yrs old and u can get it from the dmv or any place that sell motorcycles that offer the course u need to take the test. u need a class m linceces to ride a moped
