My 15 year old son Last School Year was kicked out of school bacause of these charges. My boy is not a angel. I know he did nothing wrong. This girl has went to school with him in Jr high.
Cuz her boyfriend and my son got in a fight after school. And my son a 9th grader kicked her 12 grader boyfriends butt. She went to the school on campus police and told him my son grabed her breast. She neglected to tell him about the fight and that her boyfriend stabed my son with a penciel twice in stomach first thats why my son only defened himself. Never took a report even when I told him. Her boyfriend was never aressted ,but my son was. Than When I went to the Deans and told him what happen to my son The officer claimed he did not know about the fight. Right there he lied. The fight happed right across the street from the high school. This is why they have campus police. My son should not have been kicked out.For a danger to staff and students. No he is not? Whats going on?This yr he may return?

Please check to find the school policy on Appeals or Complaints for student disciplinary process. You should be able to find someone to assist you by contacting the School Board: explain to them you are looking for help with the process. Second thing: it might be worthwhile to go to the Police (if the Campus Police will not take a report, go to the public Police Department) and file for a Restraining Order (with your son) against the boy and maybe your son's girlfriend, so that you have a record of your Report about the attack/fight. Schools are very afraid of any activities that hurt or threaten students, as there have been many incidents published about school violence. It is possible that the school did not take time or talk to enough other students or witnesses to get the full story. I suggest you strongly encourage your son to leave the area when there is any violence against him; whether it be from a female or male. This may be the only way he can protect himself. Good luck!

Sexual harassment isn't defined via gender. traditionally there is probable been a perceived bias (such as you have) that a guy won't have the ability to be sexually forced. have not got self assurance that it is the guy who introduces violence into many relationships, the two. women study they are able to hit and get away with it. She's probable no longer getting the message considering you're making a comedian tale out of issues. maximum folk will back off in case you basically do no longer react or roll your eyes or some thing comparable. Do notice that in case you *****, she's possibly to declare some thing such as you started it, or you're harassing her -- who knows. basically be arranged. it is not clean if others are seeing any of this, yet which could help if/once you may desire to declare some thing casually to your supervisor approximately her making you uncomfortable.
