This is so funny 39 answers and no one has it yet. One said part of the name of my state and one of you were right. I do live in Indiana but that is not where I learned to talk

Well, you could be from a variety of states as I have been to several that use this most common phrase!

It would be suitable to say you're a Georgia peach, but you could be an Arkansas Diamond, or an Alabama sweet tea, Texas is a republic - but they do say ya'll - Mississippi has to say it - just look at it's neighbors! Tennessee and Kentucky are mountain states and we all know the curves come from too much home brew - so ya'll is a slurring of the words!!

So, you'll just have to tell me - which state do you come from? There are truly so many to choose from!

I find it interesting that you think "You all" is proper when you should be saying "all of you" instead. So it is not only a lazy way to say it but it is incorrect to boot.
Oh well, Y'all can say it however ya want down there I guess.

My Guess: Texas (generally damn proud of doing what ever they do, even if it's wrong)
