Does anybody want to change their opinion since Barry Bonds isn't being indicted?

The grand jury that expires today hasn't indicted him....

but there are still other charges

regardless if he used steriods - he sure as heck isnt the only one who has used them in the sport of baseball. why is that mr bonds is the one who gets **** on?! what about giambi or canesco or anyone else. as you may be able to tell bonds is my absolute fave player. ive liked him since he played in pittsburgh and will continue liking him (regardless what happens) forever. too bad he doesnt have more dedicated fans like me...

There is an old saying about grand juries that the prosecutor can get a ham sandwich indicted if they want to. The fact that there is no indictment means they have very little proof that Bonds is guilty.

Despite that, I believe Bonds probably took steroids, probably hid income and is a general all-around jerk. I just don't think they can prove it. I also believe Bonds is easily one of the five greatest players ever.

Bonds did not favor to flat out admit he took steroids, so he suggested that he took them not understanding what they were on the time. That replaced into the lie he's being indicted for. he's not on trial now for using steroids, he's on trial for mendacity lower than oath to the grand jury. Now, considering his testimony will be shown pretend, we can appropriately say that he 'knowingly' took steroids, which could be an admission on Bonds' area, proving that he did surely take steroids on objective.

Nope, just because OJ got aquitted does not change my mind that he did it. So just because a grand jury could not find "proof" does not change the fact that he did roid. His trainer said he did roids. You can see it from he carreer number...he only have one spike in his career of hitting more the 50 hrs...that was the year he broke the record. He was juice and is juice. He spoke badly about the game of baseball in general in the offseason. He is only still in it cause he has hopes of getting a record that people will not thing highly of him obtaining.

nope look at the guy when he entered the league and look at him now. I have heard of working out and then I have heard of =being realistic. Nobody when they go form 20-40 years old gains 100lbs. of muscle there is NO chance that he didnt take steriods same with mac and sosa and some people today including Giambi. There is a difference between being naturally big and becoming big. Guys like frank thomas mo vaughn and big papi are naturally big. guys like bonds and mac get bigger as there careers go on.

Just because someone can squirm their way out of justice doesn't mean they aren't guilty. Was O.J. innocent? No. Was Michael Jackson innocent? No. They beat the system despite being guilty. It's like they say "You may be innocent in the eyes of the court, but you will be guilty in the minds of the public".

He disgraced his godfather, Willie Mays and the greatest home run hitter of all time, Hank Aaron. I am sure they are disappointed in him and embarrassed by what he did. It's so sad how greedy he was (is).

I think he did steroids... That doesn;t mean i hate him though. He is ****head sometimes but he never said anything towards the fans or has never done anything stupid towards camra man or anything (ala kenny rogers) so he's cool with me.
