It seems like you're tempted to have sex with her. Otherwise you wouldn't need to post the question here. Simply, don't have sex with her. No one cares how you do it but just let her understand that you won't and shouldn't have sex with her.

Cousins are ment for experimentation... just dont let yours or hers parents find out. and make damn sure she doesnt get pregnant

But as far as the possibility of having a genetic problem for any potential offspring.. IT IS EXTREMELY unlikely. The genetic difference between you and her is enough to produce an offspring without defects
