I don't go potty regurly what is the best thin to make me go as soon as you drink or eat it? Please no smart *** comments this is a real question

Just eat fruits and veggies. Slice a sweet yellow pepper, or celery sticks for a snack instead of something from a bag/package. Replace soda and other tooth rotters with 100%juice or Vitamin Water. 64oz of H20 per day. Large intestines need water to pass the #2 stuff.

Your body has to process they food first, then extract the nutrients, fats, and water contents for the body's use. If you can't go regularly, try to include more fiber in your diet, or use a laxative. But don't abuse the laxative. Your body needs the contents of the foods. It is sometimes regular for people to go without going for 3-5 days sometimes.

Well nothing is going to go through you immediatly! because whatever you drink goes through the esphagus, stomach, kidneys, and then to the bladder. If you want to go more often drink something that is a dieretic. Tea is a good example of one.

U should take lots of fibre! Metemucil will help u stay regular too!

Caster Oil......tastes nasty, but will clean you out in about 20 minutes

Don't believe metamucil. . .it almost killed my husband......

BeneFiber is tasteless and colorless, can be mixed with anything, just won't work as quickly
