I don't really have just one all time favorite cartoon character...but here are a couple of them...Patrick, Yosemite Sam,the Coyote, Fog Horn LegHorn...because those were the cartoons that I always watched

Tetsuo from Akira. That kid had some serious mental issues but he had fun tearing up Neo-Tokyo. He seems to behave how any person that was suddenly able to make a person's head pop would do. Ya know show off in front your girl and friends, take out your enemies, take lots of drugs, wear a jiggy cape, and just paint the town blood red!!!!

Mikey Mouse. I'm a little older than most people on here, but my dad was friends with Walt Disney and I practically lived at Disney Land when I was a kid. Mickey was my hero, I loved him like he was a brother, maybe because I had four real brothers who all beat me up as a kid! But he was a real inspiration for kids and adults alike at that time, and he's still making children laugh and smile today.

I wonder if I'm allowed to answer with a character from a japanese anime show...if so, it's Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist.
If not, my favorite character would be Jerry from Tom and Jerry.

Heath Cliff -he's the toughest cat in cartoons, but I also like Scooby Doo, he's the best Stoner Dog there ever was.

Eric Cartman from South Park.
Why? Because...
Eric is the "fat kid" and the other kids constantly make fun of him because of his weight. He's also the stupid one who mixes things up and makes himself look like an idiot. He lives with his hermaphrodite mother who tries to make him feel better by feeding him "chocolate chicken pot pies" and "Cheesy Poofs".
Eric owns a cat called Kitty and a pig named Fluffy. Throughout the year he searched to find out who his father was, only to realize that his mother was his father and his mother is unknown. When Officer Barbrady is fired for his illiteracy, he becomes Deputy Cartman, and he begins to enforce the law in South Park.
Eric Cartman's catch phrases include
"Screw you guys. I'm going home."
"I want Cheesy Poofs!"
"Sweet!"
and various expletives.

Cause that show was really cool, and way back in the day I used to get up extra early to watch a saturday morning cartoon called "nightmare ned" ha,ha...it was great...

The Gremlin from the Bugs Bunny cartoon he was one bad dude. He only appeared once but what a appearance!!!!
