It's just so confusing...I get more use out of the TV clicker...why have no clothing companies realized that this could be a big business?

Look up TV manufactures and radio shack and tell them. If you are an inventor make them. It is a good idea. Having a remote go with decore is more important than a phone.
Even just different styles of universal remotes,
The bad taste line
you could have a flower one for old ladies, a plad trailer trash, streamline trailer,hip hop ice
High end for people with good taste
an asian contemporay, a high tech and an organic one in bamboo, you could have a black laquer variety. linen, southwestern tera cota or carved wood.
Just do the universal remotes it would be too hard to keep up with all the other stuff. Contact radio shack and the like and design with them.
Make them all expensive even the tacky line. Just do not call it the tacky line code it.

Do you really need to carry your TV remote around with you? Why don't you sew a pocket on your clothing yourself?

I don't know maybe you should say something or start something yourself and get lots of money for it. But i don't really know who carries around their tv clicker but you could try.

People don't leave the house with their remote. It's not a mobile item like a cell phone or pda-- you only need it at home
