Yes but you can't choose yourself as the best answerer to someone else's question can you? That's what happened to me yesterday.

the asker is the one with both question and answer so you must be smart enough not to devulge said answer while asking question. but must be able to get the question across clear and clean. so the asker is smart and interesting.
