For those of you who seem to think this is a bandwagon thing, you couldn't be more wrong. I was born and raised a Steelers fan and living in Baltimore just makes me love them more. Proud card carrying member of the Pittsburgh Steeler Fan Club of Baltimore. Yes even back to the days of Bubby Brister right on through the days of Neil O'donnel blowing the super bowl

I don't know where these morons got the gall to say we are fair weather fans, I know many many Steeler fans, and we are loyal to our team, I have a room in my house dedicated to all Steelers, from the walls to the ceiling, and to say we are fair weather fans?? When was the last time you seen the Steelers have a losing record??? Get your facts straight, We are not Cincinnati, Miami, Tampa, Chicago Kansas City, New Orleans, Cleveland, Jacksonville, San Francisco, Etc. Fans, We are loyal no matter what they do, Steelers are always treated like underdogs, and so are the fans, But You see where the Underdogs are now, Don't you? In case you forgot, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD< THE MIGHTY PITTSBURGH STEELERS

My 2 cents...

- Best case: 11-5 (Randle El & the Bus were not an integral part of their offense. Tough to see Kimo go, but he's getting a little old. New receivers and Wilson with even better QB play will improve the passing game, O-line should only be better. Hopefully the D-backs can hold their own again)

- Worst case: 9-7 (Everybody else in the division is getting better. The Steelers have a target on their back now and don't appear to have gotten any better on paper. Off season turmoil, super-high expectations, and rumors of Cowher thinking about hanging up the clipboard could play head games with the Stillers)

- Playoffs: As we found at last year, anything can happen.

Wildcard: Will Duce make an impact this year?

they should be a good not great team only because of who they lost and the age of some of the players when they lost Kimo they lost the leader of the D-line when they lost Chris Hope, that left a hole that cant be replaced and the Bus, he was the leader of the team and when you needed those couple yards to get you a firstdown or a touchdown he was there and was the best ever at it and when people say that Duce can do that he cant the first time he runs the ball up the middle he will get injured again and miss the season again and when they lost Antwaan Randle El that killed their ability to do trick plays like the pass to Hines in the Super Bowl and Wilson or Holmes cant do that then Roethlisberger found out that his face is softer than the pavement and that screwed him up but the youth and the overall talent on the bench that they can use to replace those guys will definatley keep them in Super Bowl contention

Not really a steelers fan, but I will tell you some truth, they will not be as good as last season, They let Randel El leave, BIG MISTAKE now the only reciever they got is ward(double coveragE?) there defence is still defence prlly top 15 of the nfl, but without the Bus , they must rely on Parker who is not your every down back. They will need to improve next offseason on these problems

no *offense* to *real* *steelers* fans, but some of you so called steelers "fans" only like them because of the recent s.b. victory, you poeple could be reffered to as fair weather fans. i bet when the next team wins next year you will buy champion gear and say "oh look!" "i am a fan of the champs!" you make me sick. for my respose: i think they will not be as good with bettis gone, he averaged over a 1,000 yds a yr. and with only one good wide reciever, and antwann randle el gone they won't be good as they were offensively, and i will have to take a notch off of there defense as well with the departure of kimo von onhoffen.

they'll win the division by a game over Cincinnati, but will lose to Miami in the playoffs.
Dolphins will then lose to the Panthers in the Super Bowl.
