Gary Oldman is a classic villian because he is always likeable. Dracula, The Fifth Element, The Professional (Leon), although he's the baddy, he's too cool. I prefer John Malkovich as someone who is tormented but still good.

For other baddies, Malcolm McDowell (Caligula, A Clockwork Orange, I'll Sleep When I'm Dead) and Tim Curry (Legend, Rocky Horror) are also classic. Al Pacino too.

Personally, Gary Oldman is close to my heart, I have trouble sometimes picturing him as much of a villian. I believe one of the ultimate villians is Jack Nicholson from "The Shining"...the shot with his face pressed up in the crack in the door is the scariest picture, I swear.

Out of those two, I'd have to go with Gary Oldman, but Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal Lechter) and Ian McKellen (Richard III) are better in my book.

that is such a hard question to answer. gary oldman's characters you always find something likable or sexy about them.

john malkovich has a cold, empty stare too him. you could look into his beady eyes and know that you are going to die.

Gary Oldman can play any villain -- ANY VILLAIN.
He was excellent as Dracula (Bram Stoker's Dracula, 1992)
