Not unless she has a cold sore....

Really the chances of a female passing anything on to a male orally are pretty slim...

In any unprotected sex there is the risk of STD transmission. Many common STDs can be passed this way, including gonorrhea and chlamydia.

Cold sores on the lips contain the same type of virus that causes Herpes on the genitals. This can be passed even when there are no blisters showing.

HIV can be passed to the person performing the oral sex if there are any sores inside the mouth, or if there is any gum disease. Also of course, if there are unhealed wounds from teeth extraction or gum surgery.

Unless you know the sexual history of your partner, have both been tested, and are in a monogamous relationship, unprotected sex is considered risky.

Could be. Did she have any open sores in her mouth, on her tongue, on her lips. Herpes travels a long way.
