I have a project that I plan to do myself, if I cannot find anyone to do it at a low cost. This project involves simple, but time-consuming research over the internet. Access to the internet, and some proficiency in written English is required. My Questions:
1) How do I go about finding someone that will be within my low budget?
2) What is the least I can expect to pay?
3) If this is done where the dollar is not the standard currency, how do I remit funds (paypal?)

Check out "Mechanical Turk" at amazon.com. There you can post jobs and how much you are willing to pay for it. iConclude a Seattle based company once outsourced some computer work for thousands of dollars, but they posted it on Mechanical Turk and someone did it for 5 bucks. There is also a research service at google on their extended website that I think is pretty affordable.
