After a Long Gap between 2 friends meets one day
1st person : How are u ?
2nd person: Ya fine
1st: Hey i got married,
2nd: Oh thats good !
1st: No thats bad she is ugly !
2nd: Oh thats Bad!
1st: No that good, Bec she is Rich
2nd:Oh thats good !
1st: No thats bad, she wont give me a money to spend
2nd:Oh thats Bad!
1st:No thats good, she bought me a Big house!
2nd:Oh thats good !
1st: No thats bad, the house burnt down!
2nd: Oh thats bad.
1st No thats good, Bec she was in it !!!!!!!!!!!

I'll give it a 3.
And I'll tell you why:
- set up is too long.
- punch line is obvious
- rather than frame it as a conversation, it might be funnier if you cited it as first person as a monologue - think Rodney Dangerfield:
"I saw an old friend the other day - he was crying and laughing at the same time. I ask him why.
He says, "Hey, I married this rich gal. But boy, is she ugly. But it's not all bad...she bought me a house."
I say, "Well, you can't have everything."
He says, "Yes, you can...the house burnt down."
I say, "So how does that get you everything?"
He says, "She was in it."
