Quit dieting and exercising....seriously! Get hold of Paul Mckenna's books and videos. I got a pedometer, and walk a bit further than I used up to 10,000 steps a day, sounds a lot but its easy, then change how you feel about food, for last two years have lost just over 14lbs....and it has stayed off! Paul advocates eating whatever you want! Its great. Just have to eat slow, and really want every mouthfull of the food, having tried years of diets this new approach works for me.... other people have lost loads of weight, using his system, but I am happy thats its stopped piling on and that I can eat anything I want without feeling guilty any more.... try it!

I am sorry, but it will have to be exercise. There must be something you enjoy! How about getting one of those swivellers and swivelling while you watch TV. It is not too difficult and will attack the waist. You may have to reduce your food intake as you get older. That does not mean diet, it just means taking in more of your calories as fruit and veg, and eating when you are hungry, not for comfort, and stopping when you are full.

yep, its all down to regular exercise and a good healthy diet.. swimming is excellent - when I had my last child I went swimming regularly and the excess weight soon dropped off..if you don't like swimming sit ups is another good exercise to strengthen stomach muscles..- of cause sex is the best exercise of all and has to be the most fun.. good luck

Nature puts fat onto our middles in middle age to protect the organs, not much you can do about it except exercise every day and try not to overeat!
