you need a test light and access to the motor, see if it is getting power to the motor if it is then the motor need replacement, if you get no power to the motor could be relay or switch bad.

Put the rear wiper switch on, then go to the back and pull on the wiper arm and see if it starts, if it does its the wiper motor.

Wiper motor is bad. Check to see if you are getting power to motor. If you are and the motor don,t run, motor is bad. If not getting power to the motor, the switch is bad.
