Im so paranoid becasue i smoke alot of weed... it definately increases paranoia in your system i can vouch for that. My experiances i don wanna share casue they seem insignificant now.

Becuase I got hurt on the job, denied medical treatment, and left on Opiod painkillers for 20 months, experiencing multiple side-effects until I went through withdrawal symptoms. Now I'm paranoid that I'll be crippled and a burden to society. Wha Whaaaa

Paranoia is just a higher form of awareness.
And being paranoid does not mean that someone is NOT after you...

It could be that you remember other bad experiences you have had and you want to avoid things that have hurt you in the past. Other people may not know the reason for your fear, therefore labeling it as unjustified or "just being paranoid".

Man, it is just that I have so many enemies out there. They are all plotting against me. I mean everybody the bank, the grocery store, the jewellery store, the CIA, FBI, the American Automobile Association and would you believe the little girl down the lane.

I don't think I'm that paranoid, but it seems I am 'cause I see things more, my family even see things too. I mean, if we see unusual things, then there must be more crazy things more than THAT 'n stuff... idk. I'm just talking to myself. XD
