Whats the one sure way to tell if someone is lying to you?

the absolute number one way to tell if someone is lyin to you is in their eyes-----when they cannot look you in the face while answering a question you posed to them. 1000% accurate

they tend to touch their face a lot in an attempt to cover up.
their eyes move around a lot
they sometimes fumble
they are uneasy -- they can't relax when they're lying.

sometimes i trap people who lie based on what they told me in the past -- happened many times. but im not the person who humiliates people, so i just let it go. it's just annoying how they can lie to my face and tell me they're telling the truth.

They usually won't look you straight in the eye! They get antsy or nervous while talking and you just sense that the more they talk the more you are convinced that they are lying.

trick them by asking a series of questions you know they'll tell you the truth on, then slip in the question in question. there will be a variance in response time and a movement of some part of the body that doesn't move during truthful answering. watch closely the lips,eyelids,fingers/hands,posture,voice indifference, etc...

You can tell if they are studdering or squeezing their hands or not making eye contact.Well that's how I can tell. But that's just me.
