Come to Cyprus.
It's a European Union country (island) closest to Lebanon than any other EU country, and it is daily flooded with refugees and people with dual nationality fleeing from Lebanon by ship. Ports of Larnaca and Limassol are filled with thousands of people who just left Lebanon. Some are injured from the jewish bombs, others are just hungry and exhausted.
You can even go to Lebanon from Cyprus. France, Italy, Greece, UK, Canada, USA are all sending ships from Cyprus to Lebanon on daily basis to assist people who wish to leave the country and come to the west (Europe or US), or send food, medication and volunteers to Lebanon. Some Lebanese who were abroad even return to their country now to help their friends and families.
You may also fly to Syria from Cyprus and assist refugees. Many thousands are gathered near the borders.
Cyprus government has sent a "Doctors of the world" delegation to Beirut hospitals.

There are some organizations listed in this article.

I'm writing to some of them myself to lend assistance.
Also, check doctors without borders.
