You can't find the perfect girl because you are looking for her, the perfect partner/ the one.
Because you are obviously looking women sense you are just after a girlfriend they sense you are desperate & that puts them off.
When you can stop yourself looking for the one and just be happy, friendly and have a what will be will be attitude, once you appear happy with yourself you will become more attractive to women, not come across as desperate and will find the one for you.
It only seems to happen when you aren't actively looking, this is where we get the phrase a watched pot never boils (if you watch a kettle boiling it seems to take so much longer to boil this is because time seems to pass slower while you are watching & waiting)

If you are looking for "the perfect" girl you might as well stop now. You'll never find her because nobody IS perfect. Become friends with a girl you like, when you have developed a solid relationship, she will become perfect in your eyes.

if its a matter of where, then i'm afraid there is no place
a perfect person doesn't exist, you start to think someone is perfect because you choose not to see any faults in them, that would also explain WHY you can find the perfect girl, you like her therefore unconsciously ignore any faults

Depends on your definition of perfect. If you're looking for sex, then a hooker will be better than a girl. If you're looking for something else, maybe you need to look harder. There are a lot of girls hiding in little corners, waiting for you to find them. =)

Because she doesn't exisit. Look for someone who can be your best friend and has enough of the qualities you're looking for. She won't be perfect because, let's face it, neither are you! So, if you find one that's almost perfect and you can love her despite her imperfections, you've met your match!
