I zoom in on the overall physical appearance. If that's straight I zoom in on his teeth. If his teeth are jacked up, it's a wrap! Your grill has to be on point.
For a relationship to work you MUST be attracted to that person. So if I don't like your outer person, there is no need to know your inner person. I am not shallow; I'm just real. I would like to be intimate with my guy so good looks and nice teeth are a must.
Now if he has the looks and his personality sucks, I gotta let him go.

Looks, then personality. Money is never a quality I look for, only the capability to support himself and stand on his own two feet.

personality is best. you can have the greatest looks and all the money in the world but if guy has a lousy personality there's nothing there.

there has to be some kind of attraction to begin with, then its all about personality for me! eventually the personality shines on through and that is what for me makes the man so very attractive

sense of humor, smile, eyes, likes to talk but knows when not to. and good looks are nice too but they'e not the first thing I look for. may be the first thing I notice though...(=
